How many commercial and residential units are available?
There are a total of five commercial units located on the ground level and seven apartments located on the second level. Please call 828.254.0665 to check the availability of units.
What is the minimum lease term for commercial and residential units?
Commercial units must be leased for a minimum of two years. Apartments must be leased for a minimum of one year.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, residential tenants are allowed to have one dog weighing up to 45 lbs. A $500 refundable pet deposit is required.
When is rent due?
Rent is due by the first of each month. Please make check payable to Songbird Development Group and mail to 12 Church Street, Asheville, NC 28801.
Are utilities included in rent?
Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent for both residential and commercial units. Electricity, phone, cable/DSL are not included in the rent.
Are tenants provided with parking?
Yes, one parking space per unit is provided. Parking is located in the front and on the side of the building. Additional parking is available at no charge. Please call us for additional information.
